About RESERDOM
Digitalization has arrived, solved the way we do it here.
We're bringing digitalization to Dominican small businesses: an advanced booking system shaped around our businesses, our words and our pace.
Why we exist
Digitalization for small businesses is already everyday life: people book from their phone without thinking about it. We're here so your business shows up when they look, with no mess and no jargon.
We start by looking at the trade itself: what a barbershop deals with on a Saturday, how a two-specialist practice organizes its day, what happens at a shop when everyone shows up at the same time. Then we tune the system, without extra bulk and without making you learn technical jargon.
We're building this for small and medium businesses in Santo Domingo, Santiago, La Romana, Bayahibe, Punta Cana, Las Terrenas and Puerto Plata. We're going industry by industry, doing it right, so running a schedule feels natural instead of another chore.
Where things stand now
- Style, Healthcare, Garage and Horeca: versions with published pricing, open to the waitlist.
- Services: for plumbers, lawyers, cleaning companies, gardeners and electricians.
- The app: will live at app.reserdom.com. While we finish it, you can leave your email and we'll let you know.
How we work
We speak your language
No strange jargon or unnecessary detours. Here things are called appointments, services, bays, tables and schedules, because that's what you call them.
One version per industry
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all software. Each industry has its own pieces, its own timing and its own way of organizing the day.
Clear pricing
You pay for your package, in US dollars, taxes included, billed monthly or yearly. If your schedule fills up, we don't charge you more for it.
Built for the phone
Around here, we handle everything from the phone — you and your clients both. That's why RESERDOM feels natural on a small screen.
Want your business to get in first?
Leave us your email on the waitlist and we'll talk before your industry opens.
