How long does it take you to reply?
We answer emails and messages during Dominican Republic business hours, usually the same day.
Can you help me set up my schedule?
You set up your services and hours yourself from the dashboard, in a few minutes. If a question comes up along the way, write to us and we'll answer.
Do you work with businesses outside the big cities?
Yes. Everything runs online, so it doesn't matter whether you're in the capital or a town with good data signal.
Can I ask for my industry to open sooner?
Write to us and tell us your trade. The most requested industries help us decide which version launches first.
